The following return policy applies only to products and services from the Ready-Stock
TM
Catalogue. Please contact Customer Service for the return policy on all other products.
In the unlikely event that you need to return a product due to defects in material, workmanship, or order compliance, it will be replaced at no additional charge*. This includes shipping of the new product, as well as reimbursing you for the cost of the returned shipment. If you require the replacement before we receive the defective material, the replacement will be charged to your account or credit card at the time of shipment, and all credits will be issued upon receipt and confirmation of the defective material at our Markham facility.
Any returned product found not to be defective will be subject to a restocking charge of 15%, or minimum $25.00.
No claim for damages, errors, shortages, adjustments or rejections because of defective parts, constructions or materials will be allowed unless made within 30 days from the receipt of the goods. Failure to test, inspect and make such claims within such period shall be conclusive evidence that the merchandise shipped is satisfactory in all respects and supplied in accordance with the order specifications.
