Imperial’s Ready-Stock™ findings consist of butterflies and posts that are made in our own factory using our own quality plate and wire stock.

Our butterflies are stamped with consistent hole diameter and matching of both “pinching curls” to securely fit over the associated post.  Each butterfly carries the Imperial IRSCO stamp as well as a stamp to warranty the karated metal.

Imperial posts are precisely shaped with rounded “bullet nose” and notch for comfort and safety.  Tight control of the wire diameter and the size and depth of the safety notch also ensure secure matching of the post and its related butterfly.

Quality control tests are routinely conducted to ensure that the assemblies of all Imperial butterflies and posts have the strength to hold together.  A weight of up to 180 grams (5.79 ounces) is used to test the “lifting strength” of every assembly.
