It is with excitement and optimism I announce that Imperial Smelting and
Refining Co. has been acquired by Umicore Jewellery & Electoplating as of
December 17, 2007.

After many months of collaboration and hard work, we are pleased to present
the newly redesigned ImperialProducts.com website. There hasn't been an
update to our website since it was established in 2000. Not only has the look
and feel changed, but using feeback from our most precious of commodities -
