Starting with vertical con-cast tube to minimize "hi-lo", we combine swedging, plug drawing, bright annealing, quench annealing and "state of the art" straightening to provide consistent wall thickness and a bright die drawn finish on both ID and OD surfaces.

With outside dimensions of from 0.525" to 1.100" and wall thicknesses of 0.050" to 0.140",combined with single tube lengths of up to 6 feet (180cm), we provide the optimum feed stock for ring blanks, finished ring CNC protocol and broad industrial applications.
